Cox's Meat Market opened for business in 1970 offering quality beef, pork, poultry, deli meats and cheeses. Delicious Bar-B-Qed beef, pork, poultry and links were also a popular offering of Cox's, daily and Smoked Turkeys and Hams during the Holidays.

Rooster's Steak House opened at its present location in 1977, bringing fresh cut steaks and "Homemade Rooster Burgers".
